The values
Omega II is from Bryce Carlson’s Blackjack for Blood. It is ace-neutral and level two. The primary map matches Canfield Master (Canfield Associates, mid-1970s). Carlson’s publication is the usual modern source for this chart.
Published practice uses an ace side count for betting. The running count itself ignores aces.

Extra tracking
Aces are 0 in Omega II. Carlson’s published use keeps an ace side count for betting, same idea as Canfield Master.
Tally aces as they leave the shoe. Remaining aces versus remaining decks tells you when to raise the bet. The primary true count still drives playing deviations.
The math
Start at 0. Omega II is balanced, so a full deck returns to 0 even though the values go to +2 and −2.
True count is running count divided by remaining decks. Side-count aces when you size the bet.
Efficiency
Omega II and Canfield Master share a map, so they share these correlations. PE is the reason to pick this over Hi-Lo.
